What is a Framing Walk?
We are really excited to give visitors a birds-eye view of a new Stirling home being built from the ground up. It is such a unique chance to see behind the walls and discover the quality of our construction! Here's how it will work:

- Sign in at the Seton Highlands Sales Model
- Tour the new Seton Highlands Model Home at 17 Shetland
- Meet the builder, Design Housing

Tell us a little about Seton Highlands:
We offer luxury homes for adults 55 or better! Because we’re situated at The Pinehills our homeowners have access to the Seton Club with private neighborhood swimming pool as well as the Stonebridge Club and two top-ranked daily fee golf courses at Pinehills Golf Club, local shopping at the Village Green, and miles of bike and walking trails. We consider our amenities world-class.
What’s new at Seton Highlands?:
Sales are going very well! We currently have four homes under Purchase and Sale! It’s been a good first quarter. We have modified the original “Stirling” style home by adding more square footage. We also re-designed the master bath and added a tray ceiling in the master bedroom for our remaining seven home sites in the first phase of Seton Highlands. And folks should be sure to visit our newly refreshed and updated model home at 17 Shetland decorated by Key Design.
Anything else new planned for the future?
We will be breaking ground on a new phase of homes soon. It will showcase 3 new home designs, including “one-floor living” designs. In addition, we will continue to build an expandable 2-level home design which continues to be extremely popular with our customers. All of our new designs will be free-standing homes. We will continue to build the ever popular Stirling plan, but are adding some innovative new styles with one floor living. We will also launch a new web-site featuring our new floor plans.
Design Housing is the mastermind behind the beautiful homes at Seton Highlands. Can you tell us a bit about the company?
Over the past 50 years, Design Housing has designed and built over 800 distinctive condominiums, townhouses and single family residences. These homes have been widely recognized for their quality, value and attention to detail. The company’s history in real estate started in the early 1960s and they have become known for their highly- respected developments including “Allandale” in Chestnut Hill; “Lochstead” in Falmouth; “The Cove” in Marion and “The Grove” in Wellesley.
