Christmas Holiday Hours
- Saturday, December 24 – Sales Offices at The Summerhouse and Model Homes will be closed for Christmas Eve.
- Sunday, December 25 – Sales Offices at The Summerhouse and Model Homes will be closed for the Christmas holiday.
- Monday, December 26 - Administrative Offices at The Summerhouse will be closed for the Observed Christmas holiday.
New Year’s Holiday Hours
- Saturday, December 31 – Sales Offices at the Summerhouse will close at 12:00 noon. Model homes will be closed.
- Sunday, January 1, 2023 – Sales Offices at the Summerhouse and Model Homes will be closed for the New Year’s Day Holiday.
- Monday, January 2, 2023 - Administrative Offices at The Summerhouse will be closed for the Observed New Year's holiday.
