Sometimes your head makes the list, but your heart makes the decision
For Punam Rogers, her introduction to The Pinehills started the way it does for a lot of people - a long ago memory of being intrigued by an HGTV Dream Home "somewhere in Plymouth", a first visit to the Summerhouse, becoming charmed by the Village Green, and the (somewhat surprising) realization that The Pinehills (not Boston!) was the right next move for her and her partner.
Punam is an attorney by trade who raised her family near Boston. She knew what she wanted in a next chapter now that her kids are launched: convenience, walkability, community. What this self-professed "city girl" didn't expect was to find all of it in Plymouth, in The Pinehills.
In this three-part series of video shorts, Punam walks us (literally) through what brought her to The Pinehills and ultimately the Bentgrass Mist neighborhood, how quickly she found connection with her neighbors, and what life at The Pinehills has turned out to be. Spoiler: the woman who never ran with a "big friend group" now finds herself in tight-knit circle of women who are "powerful", age-diverse, and most importantly, friends. She didn't see that coming!
