The Bistro & Wine Bar at Mirbeau welcomes new Chef de Cuisine

Jessica Childers will lead The Bistro culinary team

Mirbeau Inn & Spa Plymouth is proud to announce and welcome new Chef de Cuisine, Jessica Childers. Jessica will be responsible for leading The Bistro culinary team as well as developing seasonal menus and savory specials using locally sourced ingredients.

Returning to her hometown of Plymouth, Ms. Childers joins Mirbeau with 20 years of experience working in prestigious kitchens throughout Massachusetts and Rhode Island. She began cooking as a small child, and at the age of seven, learned how to make pancakes from scratch with her mother. She comes from a long line of excellent home cooks, and her passion brought her further to a career as a professional chef. She is a natural in the kitchen and is well-versed in specialty diets such as gluten-free, vegan and vegetarian.

"I am very honored and excited to become a part of the Mirbeau team,” said Ms. Childers. “I look forward to, from a culinary perspective, embracing the Mirbeau culture and upholding the tradition of care and luxury that our guests expect."
