If you live in The Pinehills you are only ever a short walk away from nature. That’s because this community, which has over 3,000 acres on the South Shore in Plymouth, builds on only one third of the land, while keeping two thirds open for nature and recreational activities.
It’s one of the reasons the Pinehills was just named “Community of the Year” at the Best in American Living Awards presented by the National Association of Home Builders, along with receiving another award for “Best Mixed Use Community.”
“The Pinehills creates a total community that respects the topography and environment with a quintessential New England feel. It is the whole package,” said the 2015 judges in a statement.
