Over the past 25 years, something special has taken root at The Pinehills — in quiet moments, shared laughter, chance meetings, and everyday routines that somehow become unforgettable. For our 25th Anniversary, we're excited to announce that we'll be celebrating everything that has made this place feel like… well, this place over the last quarter century.
That means you. And, we know you have Pinehills stories to share!
We Want to Hear from You We invite you to share your Pinehills story — a favorite memory, a meaningful photo, or simply words that describe the way this place makes you feel. Whether you've been here since day one or just discovered us, your voice matters. Because the best parts of this place are the people and lives that have been lived here.
How to Share Your Stories We have created a special Story Form online at www.pinehills.com/25th-story. It will take 10-15 minutes to complete if you choose to share a story and photo, or just 5 minutes if you prefer to share only a photo.
How Your Stories Will Be Celebrated Your contributions will become part of our 25th Anniversary celebration in several meaningful ways:
- Digital Story Archive — All stories will be preserved in our online collection
- Visual Installation — All photos will be featured in a community display at the Village Green this fall
- 25th Anniversary Book — Selected stories will be included in this commemorative keepsake
- Anniversary Events — Stories and photos will be showcased throughout our October celebrations
Plus a Special Resident Thank You Residents of The Pinehills who participate by sharing a photo and/or story will receive a thank you gift to be redeemed during our Resident 25th Anniversary Celebration over Indigenous People's Day weekend (October 10-13th, 2025.)*

Need Help? We'll also be out and about in The Pinehills to provide storytelling and photo opportunities, and hands-on assistance. (Look for notices soon on pinehills.net, in Behind the Pines, our event calendar on pinehills.com, social media and more.) Throughout July and early August, you'll find us at the Mayflower Beer Garden on Sundays, the Stonebridge Club, the Summerhouse and at various neighborhood clubhouses as scheduled. (Details soon!)
