Attorney Anthony Provenzano was one of The Pinehills' pioneering business owners.

Cliff Westberg, who leased his space at 1 Village Green North in 2003, invited Tony to use space in his office before Tony secured his own location. By fall of 2006, Tony had established his own satellite office in The Pinehills one day a week when he spotted the space he currently occupies.

"I saw the space I am currently in which at that time was occupied by a yoga studio," Tony recalls. "The lights were off and the doors shut in the yoga studio for months so I kept my eyes on it and as soon as it became available I made a deal to take over their lease and moved in as I knew this was the place I wanted to be."

That instinct proved right. "The three best moves I made in my life were marrying my wife, buying my house, and moving my office to The Pinehills," Tony reflects.

Nearly two decades later, he remains grateful for that decision: "It's been very gratifying to work with people within The Pinehills. There is a real sense of community within this development."
