Prost! Dust off your lederhosen and grab your steins it’s Oktoberfest at the Mayflower Biergarten on The Pinehills Village Green this Sunday, October 1. We can’t think of a better way to kick off the fall season!
🍻 Mayflower Beer Garden: Raise a glass with seasonal brews.
🚚 Alden-Park-ed Food Truck will be there with some special Oktoberfest cuisine on the menu
🎶 Live Music: From 2 pm to 5 pm, groove to the tunes of the Kyle Morrison Trio.
🍺 Stein Hoisting Contests: Test your strength and see if you can hold that stein longer than anyone else. Various times throughout the event.
🖌️ Inebri-Art: Get creative and paint your own beer mug (while supplies last). It's the perfect souvenir to remember this amazing day.
🎨 Pop-Up Shops: Explore awesome our local vendors at the
📚 Book Love: Quench your literary thirst and meet children's book author Leokadia George.
Don't forget to bring your chairs and blankets to find your perfect spot on the lawn to r-e-l-a-x.
You can also order food to-go from your favorite Pinehills establishments including Mamma Mia's, The Market, The Blueberry Muffin, The Bistro & Wine Bar at Mirbeau, Rye Tavern, East Bay Grille at Pinehills Golf Club, or bring your own picnic to enjoy.
Beer Garden Parking is located in the lot at the corner of Meeting Way and Purchase Street, (adjacent to The Market parking lot,) in the lot behind the Village Green North building accessible via Landmark Drive, and in any available street parking in and around the Village Green. Parking at The Market, Long Ridge Wine and Spirits, Kerr Dental, TD Bank, Contemporary Dermatology, and Mirbeau Inn & Spa is reserved for their customers, patients and guests.
This season, Mayflower is working to reduce plastic cup waste at the Beer Garden.They will be offering reusable stainless logo beer cups for $10. When you use your stainless cup, you will get $1 off your beverage, with the exception of Love & Wrestling IPA or any of the Sours for which you will get a full 16oz pour for the price of the standard 12oz pour for those beers.
The Beer Garden is family friendly. For both safety and everyone's enjoyment of the Village Green, please keep an eye on your youngest family members and ensure they stay clear of the road and don't climb on perimeter ropes or landscape, including trees.
